Our Staff

Debi joined Advance Trading in January of 2024 to serve as ATI’s Human Resources Manager.  She relocated to Central Illinois in 1989 after studying Elementary / Early Childhood Education at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She began her career as a Preschool Director in Champaign, IL where she successfully developed an extended primary school with full accreditation for grades K-2. Debi has extensive organization operations experience.  She was instrumental in building two local businesses from the ground up and used her expertise to run a small business consulting and assistance company for several years. Debi is a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan, loves reading, DIY (if someone else is doing it) and enjoys all things related to summer! She resides in Bloomington with her husband Larry.
