About The Job

The Broker Assistant will assist brokers with commodity trading and daily trade verification.  Excellent interpersonal skills are a must because this individual will interact with a large volume of customers via phone calls, email, and IMs to enter customer orders into an electronic order entry system.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary contact for assigned customers
  • Accept and enter new orders, changes, and cancellations into electronic order system
  • Reconcile HMS trades to ensure order entry accuracy
  • Verify previous day trades
  • Reconcile accounts and update customer information
  • Create reports for customer and broker use
  • Reconcile monthly broker commissions
  • Plan and organize meetings as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with a small self-directed team focused on building full-stack software solutions to meet corporate and client needs. You will identify, implement, maintain, and support software solutions for all end users.  The position will be based at our Corporate office located in Bloomington, IL.  Hybrid/Remote work available.

  • Create, maintain, and enhance well designed, complex applications that are fast-loading, easy to navigate, mobile friendly, accessible, simple and intuitive

About The Job

As a Product Manager, you will be involved in the day-to-day planning, construction, marketing, adoption, improvement, and maintenance of the Hedge Management System (HMS) application from the business perspective.  While working directly with the Software Engineering team, you will be making decisions regarding product features, user stories, and requirements.  You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and execute high-level strategic vision for the product.

The position will be based at our corporate office located in Bloomington, IL.  Hybrid/remote work available.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide input to refine and adapt the product vision for HMS as established by the CEO and CTO
  • Define and prioritize feature groups, features, user stories, and requirements for HMS
  • Partner with the software engineering team to deliver new features on HMS
  • Understand and represent the voice of the customer during feature and story definition
  • Champion the product management discipline in partnership with the software engineering team
  • Perform user-acceptance testing of user stories delivered by the software engineering team
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for HMS
  • Plan and execute training and adoption for customers
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and utilize to provide input into the future vision of HMS
